Shipping and other questions
When does my coffee get roasted?
We roast every Tuesday and Friday. Your order joins the next roast day, and the bag is stamped with that date.
How fast does it ship?
Within 48 hours of roasting. Standard delivery is 3–6 days in Canada and the United States; express is 1–2 days.
What does shipping cost?
$7 standard, free over $50. Express is $22. Duties are covered for US orders.
Should I buy whole bean or ground?
Whole bean if you own a grinder — it stays fresher for weeks longer. Otherwise tell us your method and we grind for it.
Can I change or skip a subscription?
Yes. Skip, change coffee or cancel any time before the roast day; nothing is charged until we roast.
Do you take returns?
Coffee is made for you, so we can't resell a returned bag — but if something is wrong with your order, write to us and we'll fix it.
